ZOLL AED Plus value package price: $2,144.70, and what the $62.70 buys
The ZOLL AED Plus Value Package is $2,144.70 at AED Leader and Response Ready in semi or fully automatic form (19 September 2026). The bare AED Plus is $2,082, so the package premium is $62.70, less than the $87 wall bracket alone. Other sellers run $2,082 to $2,583.99 depending on tier.
ZOLL AED Plus package vs buying separately
Bought separately at AED Leader: AED Plus $2,082 plus a cabinet, carry case, responder kit and signage adds well over $150. The package bundles all of it for $62.70 over the device. Buying separately only makes sense if you already own the cabinet. The 17-configuration seller table below shows every tier.
What comes with the ZOLL AED Plus package

Quick answer
A ZOLL AED Plus value package costs $2,144.70 at both AED Leader and Response Ready, verified 30 September 2026, against $2,082.00 for the bare device, a package premium of $62.70. The ZOLL AED Plus has the lowest ten year consumable cost of any AED we track at about $330, because its CPR-D-padz and lithium batteries have a five year service life, so its ten year total is lower than a cheaper device with 2-year pad replacement.

Recertified units are the same model under the same FDA premarket approval, restored and tested before resale. The device that stops a cardiac arrest does not care what you paid for it.
- Same device, same approval. A recertified AED Plus carries the same FDA premarket approval as the new unit. It is not a clone and not a downgrade.
- Minimum three year warranty, guaranteed. Warranties elsewhere range from none to four years.
- Free shipping on orders above $199 in the contiguous United States.
- $1,207 back in your budget covers about five sets of CPR-D-padz ($230 each), which is the part that actually expires.
The honest risk. A recertified AED is a used device. That is why the three year warranty matters more than the price. If the warranty were one year we would not recommend it.

Green row is the configuration we would buy: the lowest price that includes the cabinet, case, responder kit and full signage, with a fully automatic option at no extra cost. Prices read on each seller's live page on 1 October 2026 (Cardiac Life and HeartSmart could not be read and keep their 19 September 2026 price) and from the public product data of AED Leader and Response Ready on 19 September 2026. AED Brands blocked our read on 19 September 2026, so its $2,182 law enforcement package is not listed. Package contents differ between sellers, so compare the included list before comparing the number.
The package against the bare device
The ZOLL AED Plus on its own is $2,082, verified on our AED Plus review. At AED Leader and Response Ready the full package is $2,144.70, a $62.70 premium that is less than the $87 AED Leader charges for the mounting bracket alone, and the AED Leader page states a further $250 off in the cart. AED Market lists a cabinet-and-sign bundle at the bare device price of $2,082, but without a responder kit.
At the top of the ladder, the AED Superstore Complete Value Package at $2,583.99 carries a $502 premium. Somewhere between those two numbers the value stops being obvious, and the deciding question is whether you would have bought a second set of pads, a rugged case and a full trauma kit anyway.
The persona ladder, decoded
AED Superstore segments this single device into seven named packages, priced $2,129.99 to $2,583.99 on our 1 October 2026 read. The names are marketing, the contents are not. Here is what actually separates them.
| Package | Price | What it adds over the tier below | Worth it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small Business | $2,269.99 | Baseline: device, CPR-D-padz, battery set, case, cabinet, signage | Indoor, single location, trained staff on site |
| School and Community | $2,129.99 | Pedi-padz II and public access signage | Many states require AEDs in schools, and public access signage is usually a compliance item, not a nicety |
| Corporate | $2,190.00 | Program management subscription | You are buying more than one and need consistent records |
| Mobile Responder | $2,419.99 | Vehicle mounting and rugged case | The unit travels. The AED Plus is IP55, so the case protects against handling, not weather |
| Sports | $2,449.00 | Field kit and faster-access carry | Exertion raises the chance the AED is used, so faster access and a spare cartridge matter more here than anywhere else |
| Church or Worship | $2,541.99 | Congregation-scale response kit | Large volunteer responder pool, low training frequency |
| Complete | $2,583.99 | Everything, including spares | You want one purchase order and no follow-up buying |
Why the AED Plus is the cheapest of these to own
Package price is the smaller half of the decision. Over ten years the AED Plus consumes about $330 in consumables, the lowest of any model we track. That is because it uses one CPR-D-padz electrode at $230 with a five year life, and a battery set of consumer lithium cells at about $100, also five years.
| Model | Ten year consumable cost |
|---|---|
| ZOLL AED Plus | About $330 |
| ZOLL AED 3 | About $435 |
| HeartSine 350P | About $472 |
| Defibtech Lifeline | About $530 |
| Philips FRx | About $854 |
| Philips OnSite | About $894 |
| Cardiac Science Powerheart G5 | About $1,342 |
Across a ten year life, a Powerheart G5 package costs $75 more up front ($2,219.70 against $2,144.70) and about $1,087 more in total. The full ten year cost comparison shows the working.
One caveat that sellers rarely print: pediatric use on the AED Plus needs Pedi-padz II at $155 every two years, which is about $775 over ten years. If children are present, add that to the $330 before you compare it against the ZOLL AED 3, whose Uni-padz cover children at no extra cost.
Our verdict
Buy the AED Leader or Response Ready package at $2,144.70. The $62.70 premium is less than the mounting bracket alone, it carries the same seven year warranty, the fully automatic version costs nothing extra, and AED Leader's page states a further $250 off in the cart. AED Superstore persona tiers run $2,129.99 to $2,583.99 on our 1 October 2026 read and price their accessories at retail; if children are present, compare adding Pedi-padz II at $155 with the School and Community tier at $2,129.99, which already includes them.
If the budget will not stretch, a recertified ZOLL AED Plus at $875 is 58 per cent below the new device with a three year warranty, and it takes exactly the same $330 of consumables.

Frequently asked questions
From $2,082.00 to $2,583.99 across nine sellers and 17 configurations, checked 1 October 2026 (Cardiac Life and HeartSmart could not be read and keep their 19 September 2026 price). AED Market is lowest at $2,082.00 without a responder kit. AED Leader and Response Ready both list the full package at $2,144.70, and AED Leader's page states a further $250 off in the cart.
Almost. The bare AED Plus is $2,082 and the AED Leader and Response Ready package is $2,144.70, a $62.70 premium for a case, cabinet, responder kit and full signage, which is less than the $87 bracket alone. AED Market matches the bare price at $2,082 with a cabinet and sign but no kit. At the top AED Superstore tier the premium reaches about $502.
The device is identical in all seven. What changes is the case, the mounting, the response kit and the signage. Small Business is the baseline, School and Community adds public access signage, Mobile Responder adds vehicle mounting, and Complete adds spares.
About $330 over ten years, the lowest of any AED we track. It uses one CPR-D-padz electrode at $230 with a five year life and a consumer lithium battery set at about $100, also five years.
Yes. Pedi-padz II are $155 and last two years, which is about $775 over ten years. The ZOLL AED 3 avoids this because its Uni-padz cover both adults and children with no separate pad.
Both are the same price at every seller we checked. Semi-automatic requires a responder to press the shock button, fully automatic delivers it on its own after a warning. Choose fully automatic where responders are untrained or infrequent, semi-automatic where trained staff are always present.
Prices verified through the public product APIs of AED Leader and Response Ready on 30 September 2026 and from each competing seller’s published package page on 1 October 2026 (Cardiac Life and HeartSmart could not be read and keep their 19 September 2026 price).
