The Philips HeartStart OnSite AED Value Package costs $1,581.80 with the slim carry case at both AED Leader and Response Ready, price checked 19 October 2026, and both stores show it in stock. Three other carry case options take the price to $1,661.80, $1,731.80 or $1,801.80.

Note for the page: the package listing says “AED Wall Cabinet” without naming the model. The $118.15 compact cabinet is the cheapest match; if the package ships a different cabinet the saving is larger. Confirm with AED Leader before publishing the table.
Who it is for
- Small office or shop: one device, one cabinet, everything on the wall in an afternoon. The OnSite talks you through every step.
- School or church: the wall poster, sign and decal help people find it. Add the infant/child pads cartridge (M5072A, $139.00 at AED Leader) if children are present.
- Home: the slim case version is the cheapest way to own a new OnSite with a cabinet; many home buyers skip the cabinet and buy the bare device instead, which costs $7.20 more.
- Not for: outdoor or wet sites (the OnSite is IP21). Look at the HeartSine 350P package instead.
Frequently asked questions
Is the OnSite value package cheaper than the device alone?
Yes, by $7.20. On 19 October 2026 AED Leader listed the bare OnSite with slim case at $1,589.00 and the value package with the same case at $1,581.80. The package adds the cabinet, responder kit, sign, poster, inspection card and decal, so there is no reason to buy the device alone from these two stores.
Which carry case should I choose?
The slim case is the base option and fits the device with its installed pads. The standard case ($80 more) holds a spare pad cartridge; the “with spare adult pads” option ($150 more) includes that cartridge. The Pelican case ($220 more) is for vehicles, boats and sites where the AED is carried in rain or dust.
Does the package include pediatric pads?
No. The listing names adult SMART pads pre-installed and no infant/child cartridge. AED Leader sells the Philips infant/child SMART pads cartridge (M5072A) for $139.00. Schools, churches and daycare settings usually add one at checkout so the OnSite can switch to child mode.
How long do the pads and battery last?
Both come pre-installed. The package does not state expiry dates, so ask the store for the dates on your unit before it ships. Philips adult SMART pads and the M5070A battery each need replacing on their printed date; the inspection card in the box is for logging the monthly readiness check.
