Frequently asked questions
Why is the HeartSine package the cheapest of the four?
The bare 350P is the lowest priced new AED of the four at $1,411.00, and AED Leader and Response Ready add only $52.80 for the cabinet, kit, sign, poster, inspection card and decal. The ZOLL, Philips and Defibtech packages all carry a $62.70 premium over their devices.
What is a Pad-Pak and when does it expire?
The Pad-Pak is one cartridge holding both the pads and the battery, with a single expiry date, about four years from manufacture. One date to track, one part to reorder. Ask the store for the Pad-Pak date on your unit before it ships and write it on the inspection card.
Does “can be backordered” mean it is out of stock?
No. On 19 October 2026 AED Leader shows the package in stock and allows backorders if demand outruns stock, so an order is always accepted. Response Ready shows plain “In stock”. If you need a fixed delivery date, ask either store before ordering.
Is there a Wi-Fi or Gateway version of this package?
Both store pages list a “HeartSine 350P with Gateway” option beside “AED Only”, but no separate price was published on 19 October 2026. The Gateway adds remote readiness monitoring. Contact AED Leader for the Gateway price; this page will be updated when it is listed.
